Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com), through its Cloudflare Pages service.

Pages are served from Cloudflare's global network, which includes several sites in Europe. As the site is entirely static, the host processes no patient data: it receives only the technical data needed to deliver the pages, including the visitor's IP address, which it retains under its own privacy policy.

Regulated professions

The practitioners working at the practice are subject to Belgian healthcare regulations and, where applicable, to the code of conduct of their professional body. The information published on this site is general in nature: it does not replace a consultation and does not constitute a diagnosis.

Intellectual property

The texts, the photographs of the practice and of the practitioners, and the logo are the property of the publishing companies or of their respective authors. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data

This site has no forms: it asks you for no name, no email address and no other information. No analytics tool is installed on it, no visitor profile is built, and no data is passed to any third party for advertising purposes. Only the technical connection data described above, including your IP address, is processed by the host in order to deliver the pages.

Appointments are not booked on this site: the “Book an appointment” buttons lead to the practitioners' own booking platforms (Doctoranytime, Rosa, Google Calendar). The data you enter there is processed by those platforms and by the practitioner concerned, under their own terms. The practice has access to it only in connection with your appointment.

For any question about your patient data, write to the practice concerned at the address given above. You have the rights provided by the GDPR, in particular access, rectification and erasure of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, and no analytics tool is installed on it. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.

The map on the contact page is the exception, which is why it is shown only on request: until you click “Show the map”, no request is sent to Google. If you do click, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its privacy policy. The “Google Maps” and “Maps” links open a third-party app, outside this site.

This site links to the practitioners' booking platforms. The practice has no control over their content or their data practices.

Applicable law

This site is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of the company's registered office. The French version of this notice is the one that prevails.
